Order Acceptance
If we accept your order, we will send you a confirmation of this by email. The receipt of an email order confirmation by you constitutes our acceptance of an order and the conclusion of a contract between us to sell the goods you have ordered, subject to these terms. Whereas, following such acceptance, sonosfurniture.com will always seek to meet the requirements of your order, there may be circumstances following confirmation where we are unable to ship products due to unavailability (of which we were not aware at the time of confirmation of the order) . If that is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible and will refund the money for the unavailable products back onto your card or into your account. If the payment process has not begun at that time, the money for such products will not be taken out of your account or from your card. sonosfurniture.com acceptance is therefore subject to the availability of products following the receipt of the confirmation email by you. Equally, while sonosfurniture.com endeavours not to make any errors on its website and to ensure that its descriptions, details and dimensions of its products, its prices and other information about sonosfurniture.com or its products, are accurate and up to date, errors can occur. If we identify an error that materially impacts your confirmed order, we will notify you as soon as possible and will provide you with the option of cancelling your order in full or the part(s) of your order affected by the misinformation. If you make such a cancellation, the money for the cancelled part of your order will be refunded to your account (or will not be taken at all if the payment process has not begun at that time). Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice. Deposits
If you choose to pay a deposit for your order then you must be aware that the deposit is non refundable if you choose to cancel your order or return the product at a later date. Deposits will be refunded if we cancels your order due to unavailability of a product or a pricing or offer error.
Discount Codes
Discount Codes are restricted to one per customer, per order. Any order that attempts to combine coupon codes in order to gain a greater discount will be cancelled and refunded. Discount codes are solely at the discretion of us and we reserve the right to withdraw any special offer or coupon code at any time.
Alterations
Any alterations made to orders may incur extra charges which will be taken according to the alteration.
Delivery
Delivery costs are non refundable for any reason. While we will do our best to accommodate any delivery requirements and dates, Sonosfurniture.com cannot guarantee that these requests or requirements will be met. Special requirements and any delivery restrictions should be stated at the checkout in the notes section or you should inform a member of staff at Sonosfurniture.com as soon as you place your order by email or phone. In the unlikely event of damage being caused to your property by the delivery team, Sonosfurniture.com will not accept responsibility for any damages or expenses.
We shall not be liable for any loss, economic or loss of profit or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly from any delay in the delivery of the goods.
Please note that adverse weather conditions may delay your delivery.
Cancellation and Returns
Should you change your mind about your purchase we have a 7-day cooling-off period in which you can cancel your order, we will need written communication from yourself ‘customer’ within this time period in order to cancel.
Each bed is made to order and therefore is a non-returnable item. Once the 7 days cooling-off period has been exceeded you will not be able to cancel your order or return your bed.
If the product is being returned because the customer has ordered the incorrect size and in the case of a product not being faulty there will be a charge of £175 to cover the admin, onward delivery and refund process.
The product can be returned at the customer’s own cost within 14 days. If the product is cancelled before being dispatched then there will be a £75 charge to cover the admin fee & the cost of refunding money back onto a card. If delivery cannot be made on the day requested due to access issues or unforeseen circumstances we will attempt a redelivery at your request on a specific day for a charge of £50.00 per bed. All returned / exchanged products (including the boxes) must be in their ORIGINAL CONDITION and they must be in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING. N.B. – DO NOT TAPE UP, OR WRITE ON BOXES. They must also be suitably packaged. Responsibility of the goods remains that of the customer until safely received by Sonos Furniture Ltd accepts no liability for goods lost in transit back to our warehouse.
